How do I find out how many Deal Points I have?
If you have made an order from us before and would like to know how many Deal Points you have, simply contact us via e-mail or telephone with your customer number and/or personal details. Alternatively, take a look at your most current receipt statement from us as this will also tell you. If you have not before made an order you will not have any Deal Points.
How do Deal Points work?
When you make your first order with us we compile your personal details and create you your own profile. Here all your past purchases are logged along with the number of Deal Points you currently have. The more Deal Points you have, the more special offers you will be entitled to. How do I collect Deal Points?
With every purchase you make, however large or small, you will earn one Deal Point which will be credited to your account. Purchase a Gift Certificate and you will earn double!
How many Deal Points do I need to get 25% off all letter services?
Just one! Make just one purchase with us to open an account and you will be made eligible to 25% off all letter services with the Deal Point you earn!
How many Deal Points do I need to get 50% off all letter services?

How am I discounted using my collected Deal Points?
Every time you make an order with us our computer will search the master database for your account. If it is your first order and you do not have an account, one will be created for you. Your first Deal Point will also be credited. If it is not your first order, you will already have an account, which will be located, and your bill will be discounted appropriately. A further Deal Point will also be credited to your account for future use. The whole process is completely automatic so you do not have to worry about missing out on any discount you are entitled to.
Are there any further deals obtainable with more Points than 5?
