Thoughts2words.com does not monitor, store or attempt to identify the name, home or office address, telephone number or e-mail address of any person as a result of submitting a search query. As such, a search is entirely anonymous.
All information relating to customers will be withheld, except to those who work within or under Thoughts2words.com and to the individual whom the details belong. In the event of any details being passed on to someone outside Thoughts2words.com we ask two verification questions against a customer’s name which, if answered correctly, will verify that individual’s identity as that of the customer. These are Date of Birth and Full Home Address. If you as a customer wish it for safety of your details, a further verification question or password can be submitted by yourself via phone or e-mail (though the initial verification questions will have to be answered correctly first). You may, if you wish, give verification for a specified individual to have access to your profile and details without your repeated consent. However, before any details are given, appropriate verification of identity questions must be satisfied in full against your name (Date of Birth, Address and, if you requested it previously, any other verification question or password).
Thoughts2words.com cannot, and will not take liability or responsibility for details, or the consequences of those details, released to a person who claims to be yourself and correctly answers all of the above verification of identity questions. It is your responsibility to submit a further unique verification question or password which only you have knowledge of if you believe your details could already be known by others.
As mentioned before if you would like to assign a unique question to your account for data safety please contact us using the contact details located under the section entitled ‘Contact Us’.
