By using this website you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions set out herein. If you object to any terms stated then you should not use any of the documents, products, services or information contained within this website and you should leave the Website immediately.
Thoughts2words.com endeavors to maintain the service as being free from defects but is not responsible or liable for any consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise) for any errors or omissions within the service. Thoughts2words.com retains the right to make changes to content without prior notice.
You may use the Services on the Site for your personal, noncommercial use. You may make a single copy of the individual screens you see when you use the Services, but only for your personal use. You cannot distribute or transfer the copies to others in exchange for money or other consideration. You may not modify, reformat, copy, display, distribute, transmit, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, products or services obtained from the Services, except as set forth below. This means that you may not mirror the home page or results pages of the Site on your own web site or web page.

As such Thoughts2words.com in no way endorses the information contained therein or acts as an agent for the operators of the sites or bears responsibility or liability for the use or effect of the content of those sites or bears any liability for purchases of goods or services from those sites.
Thoughts2words.com expressly prohibits the dissemination of this information by any person or organization accessing this site to any third party (for profit or otherwise) or any other commercial exploitation by any such user.

Gifts
Thoughts2words.com only sells to those within the United Kingdom and the United States of America and holds the right to cancel any order made by any individual(s) outside of these countries. Furthermore, you agree that Thoughts2words.com holds the right to cancel any order, by any individual, at any time for it’s own reasons, whatever they may be.
No two tailor-written letters should be identical and Thoughts2words.com is willing to replace any tailor-written letter that is proven to be identical or of extreme similarity to another, free of charge (this point does not apply to classic letters). Thoughts2words.com does understand that there are occasional losses and damages of merchandise through the post and is willing to replace orders of this nature to the buyer free of charge on one occasion per customer. Thoughts2words.com will not be held responsible for any damages (emotional, financial or of any other type) that may arise from an order arriving late or not at all.
In regards to the purchase of frames and incense - package style, design and manufacturer may vary slightly without affecting the cost. However, any variation from the specific details ordered by the customer (e.g.. Horizontal flat frame ordered, vertical flat frame delivered) will be compensated with a 25% discount off that one item. In regards to paper, envelopes or fragrances ordered, any variation made to the customer’s order will be compensated with a 50% discount off that one item.
Gift Voucher/Certificate Purchases
In the event of the purchase of a gift voucher, also known as a gift certificate, the following two paragraphs specifically apply: A Tailor-Written gift voucher may be exchanged for the service of one Tailor-Written letter to be written by Thoughts2words.com. A Classic gift voucher may be exchanged for the service of one Classic letter to be written by Thoughts2words.com. All of the following types of letter services apply: Love Letter, Admirer, “Im Sorry”, “I Miss You”, and Occasions. Non-Romantic classic letters are not available from Thoughts2words.com and therefore classic gift vouchers cannot be used with this letter type. Tailor-written gift vouchers can be exchanged for the service of a tailor-written Non-Romantic letter. For the Kids does not apply. No gift voucher can be exchanged for any other item(s) or service(s) from Thoughts2words. A voucher may only be used only once. Any item(s) or service(s) of an additional cost ordered at the same time as a voucher-paid letter may be made, on payment of the difference. On payment with a gift voucher, the full price of the service must be initially paid. Thoughts2words.com will re-fund the cost of that service to the voucher holder shortly following payment.
A gift voucher/certificate may not be exchanged for cash. There is no time limit by which a voucher must be used. DEAL POINTS DO NOT ENTITLE THEIR BEARER TO ANY DISCOUNT(S) OFF THOUGHTS2WORDS.COM GIFT VOUCHERS. Should Thoughts2words.com cease to do business and/or close permanently, all vouchers will be deemed useless. Thoughts2words.com will however, offer a full refund to all holders of unused vouchers on request for a period of 1 year following the closing date.
Payments to us can only be made via online credit card clearing with Paypal®. We do not take responsibility for any loss of money sent to us through Paypal®. Thoughts2words.com takes no responsibility for unsuccessful outcomes/expectations from its letters and no refunds can or will be made if satisfactory results are not obtained (e.g.. the individual receiving the product, or the buyer is not happy with it). Thoughts2words.com writes letters to the buyer’s specification and never promises or guarantees at any point that the customer will be satisfied with the letter he/she receives. Upon agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, that you understand and accept that customer satisfaction is not guaranteed. Thoughts2words.com takes no responsibility for distress or damages caused to any person(s) of any kind as a result of any of its products or services, the content of the site and/or merchandise bought or made by Thoughts2words.com, or by the actions any of it’s employee’s, to any individual(s) involved.
Deal Points
In regards to Deal Point Deals, ie. the 25% and 50% off for life promise, the term ‘for life’ stands only as long as Thoughts2words.com is in business and/or taking orders. Should Thoughts2words.com permanently close and cease to do business at any time in the near or distant future all Deal Points issued by Thoughts2words.com are rendered unusable and worthless. Thoughts2words.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders and other partners and employees are in no debt or liability to the customer for the loss of any number of Deal Points as a result of ceasing business.
Deal Points can only be used to obtain discounts from the following Thoughts2words.com products and services: Tailor-Written and Classic letters of the following types only letter only: Love Letter, Admirer, “I’m Sorry”, “I Miss You”, Occasions and Non-Romantic. Deal Points do not entitle their owner to any discounts from the prices of Gift Vouchers, letter additions, or any other Thoughts2words.com products or services, should there be any at present, or in future, unless stated in these Terms and Conditions accordingly. You understand, as a customer, that any loss of data or information regarding Deal Points is purely accidental and Thoughts2words.com will take appropriate steps to avoid negative repercussions on the customer. However should data be lost for any reason, you as a customer, do, by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, agree that you will not take any sort of action, legal or otherwise.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you also understand and accept that Thoughts2words.com will not allow Deal Points to be shared or used by any individual other than their bearer. Their bearer is the individual who’s name is identified as the buyer of previous orders, however Thoughts2words.com ultimately has the final say on whom the bearer is or is not. Thoughts2words.com reserves the right to cancel any order or withhold any Deal Point discounts should it believe that it’s Deal Point scheme is being abused in this way.
Letters
Any similarities between the contents of letters written by Thoughts2words.com and other written work by other writers is purely coincidental. Thoughts2words.com does not take any responsibility for information on a product, customer, individual etc. lost or destroyed at any time. In the occurrence of customer details, data or any other information being lost due to post, e-mail, theft or equipment failure, etc., Thoughts2words.com again takes no responsibility. See our Privacy Policy at bottom of page. You understand by agreeing to these terms and conditions that all information sent, other than that via Paypal is not through a secure connection.
Data Safety
Thoughts2words.com cannot, and will not take liability or responsibility for details relating to a customer, or the consequences of those details, released to a person who claims to be that customer and correctly answers all of the verification of identity questions listed within the Privacy Policy (see bottom of page). It is the customer’s responsibility to submit a further unique verification question as a password in order to protect his/her details.
Discussion Lounge
This paragraph applies to the section of pages on the website marked ‘Discussion Lounge’, and the Guestbook (guest book), forum and 5 chat rooms held within it. Thoughts2words.com does not always monitor or edit the content submitted by users within the Discussion Lounge and therefore takes no responsibility or liability for it. By entering the Discussion Lounge or any of it’s above mentioned assets you are agreeing to take full responsibility for viewing it’s unmonitored and therefore potentially offensive content. If you are not happy agreeing to this, please do not enter the Discussion Lounge. If you have already entered then please leave the Discussion Lounge and/or it’s assets immediately.

Thoughts2words.com does not monitor entries into its Personals section (marked ‘Thoughts2words.com Personals’) and therefore takes no responsibility or liability for it. By entering Thoughts2words.com Personals you are agreeing to take full responsibility for viewing it’s unmonitored and therefore potentially offensive content. No safety checks have been made on the credibility of personal adverts placed on it. Thoughts2words.com reviews all submissions made by members of the public before publishing online. By submitting any information about yourself or others, stories, ideas, tips, advice, articles on subjects, or any other written material, you are agreeing that you have given Thoughts2words.com permission to use it as it sees fit, for the benefit of itself and it’s visitors. You give permission for Thoughts2words.com to amend and alter your work if necessary and are also agreeing to be held responsible for any damages, legal or otherwise, that arise as a result of your submitted information.

These Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, set forth the entire understanding between you and Thoughts2words.com and supersede any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings between you and Thoughts2words.com, whether oral or written, as to the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or the application thereof to any person or circumstances shall to any extent be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, or the application of such provisions to persons or circumstances as to which it is not held to be invalid or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby, and each provision shall be valid and be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in England regarding any and all disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions, your use of the Site or the Services. No waiver of these Terms and Conditions will be valid, except in the event that the waiver is in writing and signed by an officer of Thoughts2words.com.
